Print and Pack
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your unworn or trial-tested footwear in the original shoe box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
